ECONOMIA CIRCULAR COMO UMA ALTERNATIVA À ECONOMIA LINEAR NO SÉCULO XXI

Este artigo visa mostrar o debate conceitual de Economia Circular (EC) como uma alternativa à Economia Linear (EL) no século XXI. A EC é um conceito que se opõe ao modelo da EL de produção e consumo, onde os recursos são extraídos, utilizados e descartados. Já na EC, os produtos, materiais e recursos são mantidos em circulação pelo maior tempo possível, através de estratégias como reutilização, reciclagem e redução de resíduos. Esse modelo visa criar um ciclo fechado, minimizando a extração de recursos naturais e reduzindo a geração de resíduos.Referências
